Not to worry.  Simple Shipping Instructions will be given to you along with your Return Goods Authorization # (RGA#) when you contact our a member of our customer service team.

Orders processing time for orders received before 2 PM cst - Monday through Friday (on a business day), count as day 1

We ship "Priority Mail" which reaches most USA Addresses in 3-5 days.

Also available at a slight up charge amount are shipments via Fed-x and UPS.
