Extended Information

A customer favorite. With only a light squeeze, you have total rein control with the Hand Grip Braid. Something our customers with arthritic hands especially appreciate. Three strands of BioThane are hand woven into a beautiful braid, then sewn onto 3/4" BioThane for a nice drape to the bit.

BIOTHANE-BETA
The braid is three strands of 3/8" BioThane Beta. Each is hand woven to become the braid
- The 3/8" Beta required for braiding is available in Black, Caramel & Choc Brown
The non-braided BioThane strap is 3/4" wide
The length is 8'5" measuring from the tip of the snap, to tip of the snap.
- They can easily be shortened with a simple leather-punch and scissors
- Shop our Made for You reins for a custom length or colors.
HARDWARE
All hardware and snaps are equine strength stainless steel
We use a stainless steel conway buckle to reduce bulk and allow field length customization
The scissor snaps are thumb-touch easy on the human hand. The self-sealed chamber is oiled. The scissor tines longer for equine strength.
- The rein scissor snaps are included by default. The snaps can be deducted off your order as an option during the ordering process.
- You can also easily remove the rein snaps and attach directly to the bit in the field at any time.
